Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use apptavio.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and descriptive links.
  • Make all interactive elements usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Use colour combinations designed to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements, and never rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
  • Label every form field, explain errors in text and keep forms short.
  • Respect your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Support zoom up to 400% and responsive layouts at small screen sizes.
  • Test pages with automated accessibility checks during development, alongside manual keyboard checks.

Known limitations

  • Interactive app previews: personalised app previews are concepts that imitate a mobile app inside the browser. They are generated individually and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA — for example, some simulated controls or images may lack accessible names. If you cannot use a preview, contact us and we will describe its contents or provide an alternative format.
  • Third-party content: previews may include images and text from a business's own website, whose accessibility we do not control.
  • Translations: some language versions may be published after the English version and may temporarily differ from it.

We review these limitations as we improve the site.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility problem, or need information in a different format, please email [email protected] (Fabrica de Sport SRL, trading as Apptavio, Fundătura Crinului nr. 19, sat Vișan, com. Bârnova, 707041 Iași, Romania) with:

  • the page address (URL);
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the problem you encountered and the assistive technology you use, if any.

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few working days and to tell you what we will do and when. If we cannot fix a problem quickly, we will try to provide the information or service another way.
